Billiie Rules
Billiie Media has the right to reject, remove, or block any ad that doesn't follow our guidelines. No hard feelings — we just want ads that match the places where they're shown: local, safe, and family-friendly.
Before you upload an ad, ask yourself:
"Would a parent yell at the business owner for showing this?"
If the answer is even close to yes… it won't run on Billiie.
And trust us — we've got a whole network of moms ready to back us up. If they wouldn't approve it in front of their kids, neither will we.
Keep ads clean, clear, and customer-friendly so they actually work for your business.
Here are the rules:
Ad Guidelines
- Family-Friendly Content — If kids can walk past the screen without parents panicking — you're good.
- Clear & Honest Messaging — Say what you offer. No tricks. No fine-print surprises.
- Relevant Visuals — Your images must match your product or service. (If you're selling pizza — show pizza.)
- Local Value — Ads should connect to the community: local events, offers, services, or businesses that make sense in that neighborhood.
- Readable Design — No tiny fonts or walls of text. Make it easy to read at a quick glance.
- Professional Quality — Blurry photos, typos, or sloppy designs won't pass. Make it clean. Make it polished.
- Legit Business Branding — Every ad must clearly show your business name and logo. Anonymous ads won't fly on Billiie.
Compliance Rules
Compliance is what keeps the Billiie network safe, trusted, and worth paying attention to. It protects local businesses, keeps screens clean, and gives advertisers a reliable way to reach real people.
We keep things light at Billiie — but compliance is serious. These rules are non-negotiable:
- 18+ Only — You must be over 18 to run ads on Billiie Media.
- Real Business Required — Ads must come from legitimate businesses with a valid name, logo, and business presence.
- Business Owner Control — If the host location requests an ad to be removed — we remove it. Their space. Their decision.
- Ad Review — Every ad is reviewed before going live. If it doesn't meet the standards, it won't run until corrected.
- Ongoing Monitoring — Ads may be spot-checked even after approval. If something changes, we can pull it at any time.
- Rule Violations = Ban — Break the rules and your brand is banned — no second chances.
- No Refunds for Rule-Breakers — If an ad is rejected or removed for violating guidelines, no refunds will be provided.
- Appeals — Think we got it wrong? A real human will review your case. Email: contact@billiie.co • appeal@billiie.co
- Zero Tolerance — Hate speech, scams, illegal products, or offensive content = instant ban. No warnings.
Partner / Host Location Terms
If you apply to host a Billiie screen at your business (partner signup), these terms also apply:
- Agreement to Terms & Privacy — By creating a partner account, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.
- Device Alert SMS — If you provide a mobile number and opt in, Billiie may send text messages about device alerts (for example, when your screen goes offline or needs attention). Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out anytime by contacting contact@billiie.co. Device-alert SMS is for operational alerts only — not marketing.
- Accurate Contact Info — You are responsible for keeping your business and alert phone numbers current so we can reach you about your devices and account.
- No Alert Guarantee — Device alerts depend on network connectivity, device status reporting, and carrier delivery. Billiie does not guarantee that every offline event will result in an SMS, or that every SMS will be delivered instantly.
Additional Terms (Protection for Everyone)
- 1. Terms of Use / Agreement — By submitting an ad or creating a Billiie account, you agree to all Billiie Media rules and confirm that you are authorized to use all content you submit. Partners also agree to the Partner / Host Location Terms above.
- 2. Copyright & Usage Rights — You must own — or have full permission to use — all visuals, music, graphics, and text in your ad. Copyright issues are the advertiser's responsibility.
- 3. Accuracy of Claims — If your ad claims "guaranteed," "#1 rated," "FDA approved," or "scientifically proven," you may be asked to provide proof.
- 4. Host Business Protection — Billiie and host locations are not responsible for any customer disputes, claims, or transactions related to the ad.
- 5. Location-Based Restrictions — Some locations (near schools, daycares, or sensitive areas) may require stricter standards. Billiie may enforce additional rules based on the neighborhood.
- 6. Support & Contact Info — Support — contact@billiie.co | Appeals — appeal@billiie.co | Partnerships — partnerships@billiie.co
- 7. Payment Terms — Pricing may change. Campaigns are paid in advance.
- 8. Performance Disclaimer — Billiie does not guarantee sales, phone calls, or customer actions.
- 9. Legal Responsibility — All ads must comply with U.S. advertising laws, including FTC truth-in-advertising standards and all applicable federal, state, and local regulations.
What's NOT Allowed
- Illegal or Shady Content — Drugs, weapons, counterfeit goods, illegal gambling, hacked software, pirated media, fake IDs, identity theft services.
- Adult / Inappropriate Content — Porn, escort services, strip clubs, hookup apps, fetish content, violent imagery, body shaming, OnlyFans promotions.
- Scams & Schemes — Pyramid schemes, payday loans, "get rich quick" hustles, fake giveaways, miracle supplements, false financial claims.
- Sensitive / Controversial Topics — Political ads, religious messaging, conspiracy theories, extremist content, hate speech, culture-war campaigns.
- Competing With the Host Location — No ads that directly compete with the business hosting the Billiie screen.
- Low-Quality / Misleading Ads — Bad Photoshop, typos, irrelevant stock photos, fake reviews, AI errors (extra fingers, distorted faces), walls of text, bait-and-switch offers.

Refund Policy
Last Updated: August 26, 2026
At Billiie, we want our customers to have a clear understanding of our billing and refund policies. This Refund Policy applies to subscriptions, digital services, advertising services, and other purchases made through Billiie.
Subscription Services
Billiie subscription services are billed according to the billing cycle selected at checkout.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of your current paid billing period, and you will continue to have access to the service until that date.
Payments already processed for the current billing period are generally non-refundable, except where required by law or where Billiie determines that a billing error or service issue warrants a refund.
Advertising Purchases
Payments for advertising campaigns are generally non-refundable once the campaign has been approved, scheduled, or started.
If Billiie is unable to deliver an advertising campaign due to a verified technical or service issue, Billiie may, at its discretion, provide:
- A campaign credit
- Replacement advertising time
- A partial refund
- A full refund
Refunds or credits will be based on the portion of the purchased service that was not delivered.
Digital Signage, QR Codes & Other Digital Services
Payments for digital signage, digital QR services, screen management, and other subscription-based digital products are generally non-refundable after the billing period has started.
Customers may cancel these services to prevent future renewal charges.
Accidental or Duplicate Charges
If you believe you were charged more than once for the same purchase or were charged incorrectly, please contact Billiie as soon as possible.
Verified duplicate or incorrect charges will be corrected or refunded when appropriate.
Hardware, Installation & Physical Products
Hardware, televisions, mounts, streaming devices, installation services, and other physical products or services may have separate return, cancellation, or refund terms provided at the time of purchase.
Completed installation and labor charges are generally non-refundable.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method whenever possible.
Processing times may vary depending on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.
Chargebacks
If you have a billing concern, we encourage you to contact Billiie before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute so we have an opportunity to investigate and resolve the issue.
Submitting a fraudulent or improper payment dispute may result in suspension or termination of the associated Billiie account, subject to applicable law and payment-network rules.
Changes to This Policy
Billiie may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on our website with an updated effective date.
