We reserve the right to reject, remove, or block any advertisement that does not meet our standards.

We’re building a network that is local, safe, and trusted — and every ad must reflect that.

Before You Upload an Ad

Ask yourself:

“Would a parent be comfortable seeing this in a local business?”

If the answer is no — or even questionable — the ad will not run on Billiie.

Keep ads clean, clear, and customer-friendly so they actually work.

Ad Guidelines

All ads must meet the following standards:

• Family-Friendly Content — Ads must be appropriate for all audiences in public-facing environments.
• Clear & Honest Messaging — No misleading claims, hidden terms, or deceptive language.
• Relevant Visuals — Images must match the product or service being advertised.
• Local Value — Ads should be relevant to the surrounding community (services, offers, events).
• Readable Design — Content must be easy to read at a glance (no small fonts or clutter).
• Professional Quality — Ads must be clean, polished, and free of errors.
• Business Identification — All ads must clearly display a legitimate business name and/or logo.

Compliance Rules

Compliance protects the integrity of the Billiie network and all participating businesses. The following rules are strictly enforced:

• Age Requirement — You must be 18+ to advertise.
• Legitimate Business Requirement — Ads must represent a real, verifiable business.
• Host Location Control — Participating locations may request removal of any ad at any time.
• Ad Review Process — All ads are reviewed prior to approval.
• Ongoing Monitoring — Ads may be reviewed at any time after going live.
• Violations — Violating these terms may result in suspension or permanent removal from the platform.
• Refund Policy for Violations — Ads removed due to violations are not eligible for refunds.
• Appeals Process — Appeals may be submitted for review at contact@billiie.com.
• Zero Tolerance Policy — Hate speech, illegal activity, scams, or offensive content will result in immediate removal and potential ban.

• 2. Copyright & Usage Rights — You must own or have permission to use all images, text, graphics, and media. Any copyright violations are the advertiser’s responsibility.
• 3. Accuracy of Claims — Claims such as “#1,” “guaranteed,” or “scientifically proven” must be substantiated if requested.
• 4. Host Business Protection — Locial Media Inc. and participating locations are not responsible for any disputes arising from advertised products or services.
• 5. Location-Based Restrictions — Certain locations (e.g., near schools or family-focused environments) may require stricter ad standards.
• 6. Payment Terms — All campaigns must be paid in advance. Pricing and availability may change at any time.
• 7. Performance Disclaimer — We do not guarantee impressions, sales, leads, or customer actions.
• 8. Legal Compliance — All ads must comply with applicable U.S. laws, including FTC advertising guidelines and federal, state, and local regulations.

Prohibited Content

The following content is strictly not allowed:

• Illegal or Unauthorized Content — Drugs, weapons, counterfeit goods, illegal services, piracy, fraud-related services.
• Adult or Inappropriate Content — Pornography, escort services, explicit content, or highly suggestive material.
• Scams & Misleading Offers — Pyramid schemes, fake giveaways, “get rich quick” offers, deceptive financial claims.
• Sensitive or Controversial Topics — Political ads, religious messaging, extremist content, hate speech.
• Competing Ads Within Host Locations — Ads that directly compete with the hosting business may be restricted or removed.
• Low-Quality or Misleading Ads — Blurry images, misleading visuals, fake reviews, excessive text, or poorly designed ads.
