- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.

3. Our Response
We respond expeditiously to valid notices by removing or disabling access to the identified material. We take reasonable steps to promptly notify the affected user.
If a notice is incomplete, we may contact the sender for information needed to process it.
4. Counter-Notifications
If you believe material was removed or disabled because of a mistake or misidentification, you may send our designated agent a written counter-notification containing:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material removed or disabled and the location where it appeared before removal.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled because of a mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, mailing address, and telephone number.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district where your address is located. If your address is outside the United States, you must consent to the jurisdiction of any judicial district where Billiie may be found.
- A statement that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original infringement notice or that person’s agent.
We will promptly forward a valid counter-notification to the original complainant and inform them that we will restore the material within 10–14 business days after receiving the counter-notification.
We will restore the material during that period unless our designated agent first receives notice that the complainant has filed a court action seeking to restrain the user from engaging in infringing activity relating to the material.
5. Repeat Infringers
Billiie maintains and reasonably implements a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe copyrights.
6. Misrepresentations
Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), knowingly making material misrepresentations in a copyright notice or counter-notification may result in liability for damages, costs, and attorneys’ fees.
